A Pennsylvania man who prosecutors are calling a “serial sexual predator” is charged in three criminal cases, including one involving the alleged strangulation of his coworker at a Halloween attraction featuring a haunted house and hayride.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced charges brought against Edward A. Eisenhard in connection with the assault at the Valley of Fear Halloween during the attraction’s opening night in Lower Southampton Township on September 25.

Charges were separately brought against Eisenhard, 38, over alleged repeated abuse against a 12-year-old, the district attorney’s office said in a news release.

Court records show the two cases were filed Tuesday, October 27, after Eisenhard was first arrested on October 1 in connection with the alleged assault of a female employee at a Five Below, where he worked, according to prosecutors.

“Following that arrest, two additional victims came forward, including one who was assaulted by Eisenhard at the Valley of Fear Halloween attraction,” the district attorney’s office said in the news release.

Eisenhard had worked as a Valley of Fear supervisor for 10 seasons until he was fired on September 26, according to prosecutors.

A day earlier, Eisenhard allegedly approached a female employee he supervised, then strangled and assaulted her when she was alone, the district attorney’s office said.

“Unprovoked, he grabbed the victim tightly by her throat to the point that she had difficulty breathing, pinned both of her wrists above her head against a wall, made sexual comments, and indecently assaulted her over her clothing,” the office said in its news release.

Eisenhard also worked as a manager at Five Below, where two days later, on September 27, he allegedly sexually assaulted his coworker while she cleaned a stockroom, according to prosecutors. This led to his October 1 arrest.

The woman told Hilltown Township police that Eisenhard was her boss and “had her clean the stockroom” before he made “lewd comments,” restrained and assaulted her, prosecutors said.

He’s facing charges including aggravated indecent assault in connection with the incident, records show.

Eisenhard is separately charged with strangulation, simple assault, indecent assault, harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with the Valley of Fear assault, according to the district attorney’s office.

He’s also charged with four counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault as well as corruption of minors and harassment in relation to the alleged abuse against a child in Springfield Township, prosecutors said.

“The evidence gathered in these investigations reveals a calculated pattern of behavior by a serial predator who preyed upon vulnerable female victims,” Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan said in a statement.

Court records didn’t indicate whether Eisenhard had retained legal counsel.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims of Eisenhard, according to the district attorney’s office, which is encouraging potential victims to call Bucks County detectives at 215-348-6354.
