Mark your calendars, because summer will be over before you know it! That’s right, it’s time to prep for fall TV (you know, since it’s still spring), and ABC has already announced its premiere dates.
The home of #TGIT has a lineup of deliciously juicy returning shows like Shondaland hits Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and How to Get Away With Murder. And with Dr. Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) dead, Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) in the White House, and Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) trying to figure out who killed Rebecca, there’s sure to be plenty of twists to keep us entertained all season.
In addition to your returning sitcom and drama favorites, there are a handful of new shows to get your motor running. Like (pun entirely intended) Blood & Oil — the new drama starring Don Johnson and Chace Crawford about two men who happen upon the biggest oil discovery in American history. Community star Ken Jeong is also headlining his own show in the new comedy Dr. Ken, about a “brilliant physician with no bedside manner,” which is semi-autobiographical. Plus, The Muppets are back with a documentary-style show.
