Travis Barker’s kids Alabama Barker and Landon Barker are going through a rough patch in their relationship.
In the Thursday, October 22, episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian sat down with stepdaughter Alabama, 20, to share that she was visiting Landon’s “new place.” When Alabama said that she hadn’t gone over to the new home, Kourtney, 47, asked whether she and Landon, 23, were “still not communicating.”
“Yeah, we’re in an argument,” Alabama replied. “We just had a disagreement. And I found something out, and I told my father. And [Landon] didn’t like that. I haven’t talked to him. I’m going on four weeks.”
Despite the strain in their relationship, Alabama said she felt like she wasn’t in the wrong for sharing what she had learned with their dad. (No further details about the situation were revealed.)
“It wasn’t that I was tattletaling. It was for his own good,” Alabama said, while Kourtney pointed out that she brought up the information to Travis, 50, over concern for Landon’s “safety.”
Alabama agreed, adding, “Yeah, because I love him.”
“As a sibling who cares,” Kourtney said, “it’s always OK to tattletale if needed.”
“Yeah, I agree. But me and him, we just don’t talk,” Alabama responded. “And we’re fine. Like, we will walk past each other in the hallway. … Even in the kitchen, he’ll be making food, and I’ll just walk out.”
Travis shares Landon and Alabama with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He is also a father figure to Moakler’s daughter Atiana, whom she shares with Oscar De La Hoya. Kourtney, meanwhile, is the mom of sons Mason, 16, and Reign, 11, and daughter Penelope, 14, with ex Scott Disick. Travis and Kourtney welcomed their son, Rocky, in November 2023.
In an episode of The Kardashians earlier this month, Kourtney spoke about her bond with Landon as Travis appeared in the background of her confessional holding Rocky.
“Ah, hi!” she said. “I was just talking about Landon.”
As Travis held Rocky — whose face was blurred in the video for privacy — the little one shared that he wanted to go “that way” away from the group filming.
“That’s how he is when there’s too many people lately,” Kourtney explained, while Rocky reiterated that he wanted to “go that way.”
When Travis asked “is it pandemonium?” Rocky confirmed, “Yeah,” and the duo left the screen.
