Alex Hall and Fiona Belle aren’t sure what the future holds with Netflix’s hit reality show Selling the OC.
“Honestly, we don’t even really know. We know that we’re not filming season 5 right now,” Alex, 37, exclusively shared with Us Weekly while attending the 2026 Revolve Festival in Indio, California, on Saturday, April 11. “There is some stuff in the works that we aren’t allowed to talk about just yet.”
Fiona, 23, added, “Just stay tuned. Exciting things are happening. I think that’s all we can say.”
Last week, TMZ broke the news that the cast of Selling the OC were notified that the show would not be filming this year. Instead, the focus will be on creating a new season of Selling Sunset, led by Jason and Brett Oppenheim.
In an Instagram post, Selling the OC’s Gio Helou explained the speculation by saying, “We are not officially on the chopping block, but we are on an indefinite pause. So I think you can read in between the lines there.”
Looking back on the show, which premiered in August 2022, Alex has plenty of positive memories.
“It’s been a really good run. It feels like we went out with a bang,” she shared with Us. “I think season 4 was my best season, personally, so I’m not mad about that. I got lots going on with my podcast, ‘Pretty Dirty With Alex Hall,’ and so lots of things are in the works. Just stay tuned.”
Both Alex and Fiona said they are more than pumped to watch new episodes of Selling Sunset. They are also here to support the cast, which could be changing ahead of season 10.

Last month, Us exclusively confirmed that Heather Rae El Moussa and Christine Quinn would be returning to the franchise. (Netflix has yet to officially announce the cast.)
“I heard Christine is coming back. I talked to her the other day,” Alex shared with Us while celebrating Coachella weekend. “Heather’s coming back. And I think Bre [Tiesi] may be. We’re excited to watch and support them.”
While Selling the OC’s future remains uncertain, both Alex and Fiona have no regrets sharing their lives as real estate agents with the world.
“I think my favorite memory was just season 1. A lot of the cast just bonded over, like, not knowing what television was going to be like and getting fed to the sharks with social media,” Alex recalled while wearing Revolve and a belt by Belle Boutique. “We were like, ‘Oh, my gosh.’ No one can prepare you for that wave of publicity. And so we bonded a lot. We’ve made lifelong friendships.”
Fiona added, “Honestly, the Palm Springs trip was — even though it was madness, I still had so much fun.”
While their lives as Oppenheim Group real estate agents may not be documented for TV in the near future, Alex does have an idea for her costar and friend.
“Fiona needs to go on a hot dating show,” Alex proclaimed. “She’s so young and hot, like, she looks great in a bikini. This is just the beginning.”
