Bravo Fan Fest attendees were not thrilled with Andy Cohen‘s comments about Amanda Batula and West Wilson‘s futures at the network after their Summer House love triangle scandal.
“You don’t need to boo me,” Andy, 58, complained on stage in Charleston, South Carolina, as Bravoholics began loudly jeering him during a Fan Fest panel on Friday, October 23.
Andy was responding to an audience question about whether he could ever envision Amanda, 35, and West, 31, returning to Summer House after their relationship alienated them from most of the cast. (Andy does not have any involvement in producing Summer House or its spinoff, In the City.)
The Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host frowned and shrugged his shoulders as boos nearly drowned him out, before quoting an iconic NeNe Leakes one-liner, telling fans they were “so nasty and so rude.”
“I heard from West two days ago… [West] was with Amanda, getting [her] St. Louis-style pizza for the first time,” Andy said of the Missouri native.
As fans continued voicing their displeasure, Cohen seemingly grew frustrated, declaring, “Alright! I’m just telling my story now. … I certainly could see [Amanda] being on In the City.”
Bravo officially renewed In the City for a second season at Fan Fest on Friday, though the network did not include any casting announcements.
A cryptic teaser only revealed, “In The City follows a group of New Yorkers as they navigate the biggest transitions of their lives – marriage, separation, parenthood, reinvention and the reality of growing up without growing apart.”
Variety subsequently reported that Amanda hasn’t been filming for In the City season 2 and is not expected back as a full-time cast member. West has reportedly not shot anything for the sophomore run of the Summer House spinoff either.
In June, insiders exclusively told Us that “Amanda was not invited back to season 11” of Summer House. The source noted that execs thought it wouldn’t “be a fun summer” without having “organic relationships with the rest of the cast.”
“Amanda seems to agree it’s not a good fit,” added the source, highlighting that other cast members were in “agreement with the decision.”
Tipsters echoed similar sentiments about West to Us that same month. “West isn’t coming back,” a source said of the reality star’s exit from the show. “He could still make an appearance on Summer House or In the City in the future, especially if things with Amanda progress, but he’s not a cast member this season.”

Earlier this year, Amanda and West shocked the Bravoverse by confirming that they were dating despite previously denying there was any romantic chemistry between them.
“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity,” they revealed on March 31. “It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”
They continued, “We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, longstanding friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”
Amanda and West clarified that they’d waited to go public with their relationship because they “wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling.”
“We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless,” their statement concluded. “We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this.”
Their new relationship proved to be hugely controversial since Amanda had recently separated from her husband and Summer House costar, Kyle Cooke, while West previously dated Amanda’s close friend Ciara Miller.
Following an explosive Summer House season 10 reunion, in which Amanda and West were grilled by their cast mates — including Kyle, 44, and Ciara, 30 — about the timeline of when they hooked up, Us learned that neither was being invited back for the next season of the reality show, which was filmed in the Hamptons this past summer.
Amanda continued to appear on the first season of spinoff In the City, though the network has yet to clarify her status for the second season. (The first season of In the City was filmed in the fall of 2025.)
Summer House and In the City are available to stream via Peacock.
