The gang's all here! Seven years after the series finale of That '70s Show, the cast of the hit Fox sitcom got together for a very special sing-along of their show's theme song: Big Star's "In the Street." Fans of the series were treated to a photo of the reunion on Wednesday, Oct. 9, courtesy of Danny Masterson, who played rebellious tough guy Steven Hyde on the comedy.
"Every once in awhile, friends gather for a 6-part harmony of a Big Star song…" Masterson, 37, captioned the picture, which shows him with cast mates Ashton Kutcher (Kelso), Mila Kunis (Jackie), Wilmer Valderrama (Fez), Laura Prepon (Donna), and Topher Grace (Eric). (Sadly, video and audio were not provided from the musical get-together.)
The snapshot brings back memories of That '70s Show's opening credits, which famously featured the cast belting out "In the Street" while in a car together. The series ran for eight seasons from 1998 to 2006, though both Grace, 35, and Kutcher, 35, left after season seven. (Kutcher appeared in a handful of episodes during season eight, including the series finale.)
Prepon, 33 — now starring in the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black — recently told Us Weekly that she and her former costars had stayed close since the show's cancellation seven years ago. "They're like my family," she said of the cast, which also featured Debra Jo Rupp (Kitty), Kurtwood Smith (Red), and Lisa Robin Kelly (Laurie). (Kelly died in August at age 43, shortly after checking herself into rehab.)
The redheaded beauty also spoke with Us about the romance between Kutcher and Kunis, who have been dating since April 2012. (Their characters, Michael Kelso and Jackie Burkhart, dated on the show, too.)
"It's incredible!" she said, noting that she "wasn't surprised" by the budding relationship.
Kunis, 30, recently sparked engagement rumors when she stepped out with a new ring in L.A. in early September, and though there's been no news of a wedding, Prepon believes she'd definitely be invited. "Obviously if people wanted us there, which she would because we're all family, then of course I would be there," she said. "We support each other no matter what."
