Is it May yet? Marvel debuted a brand-new trailer for the highly anticipated Avengers: Age of Ultron movie on Thursday, March 19, and it's just as Marvel-ous as you'd expect.
The clip is just 60 seconds long, but it packs a pretty powerful punch. Unlike the previous trailer, which hinted more at the plot of the film, this made-for-TV teaser is character-driven and spotlights each individual Avenger — including newcomers Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen).
The fast-paced who’s who is just one thrill after another, with lots of action shots and quippy one-liners. Among our favorites: Captain America's "It just slipped" after a clip of him hurling his motorcycle into a Jeep.
Written and directed by Joss Whedon, the Avengers sequel finds everyone's favorite superhero team working together to defeat Ultron, a giant super villain voiced by James Spader. It hits theaters on May 1.
