Carl Radke and ex Lindsay Hubbard’s growing friendship is proof that season 10 of Summer House wasn’t all about the drama.
“It was lots of nice moments, which has actually been the shining moment, or the shining thing, of the season,” Carl, 41, exclusively told Us Weekly at his Not a Mess event with Gonna Need Milk on Tuesday, May 26. “I mean, me and Bailey [Taylor] had a really fun flirtation, and my bond with the boys and all that was amazing, but watching it back now, the thing that makes me happiest for sure is just seeing the bond and the little light flirtation and friendliness that Lindsay and I have.”
Carl and Lindsay, 39, have certainly had their ups and downs over the years. Cameras rolled as the pair turned their friendship into something more.
While the duo got engaged in August 2022, Carl called off the wedding in September 2023.
Although it took some time for the pair to get to a friendlier zone, Carl is grateful to be in a better place with his ex.

“It makes me happy. You can see I’m smiling, like, because we’ve been through a lot, and I know it took some time to get to that place, but I’m really proud of that,” he explained to Us at 74Wythe in New York City. “Over the last month, I saw her at a Vulture party. We were dancing, Kyle [Cooke] was DJing.”
Although Carl is not part of the Summer House spinoff with Lindsay titled In the City, he doesn’t have any FOMO. Instead, he just wants to be supportive of his TV family as they continue to grow and explore new opportunities.
“It’s been really nice to bond, and Lindsay and I have texted each other,” Carl revealed. “She sent me a text the other day about some stuff going on, and I was there to try and support her. … In the City’s on, and there’s still other stuff happening.”

With the Summer House reunion just beginning — parts 2 and 3 air in June — Carl is grateful to have the support of his friends. (Jesse Solomon, KJ Dillard and Mia Calabrese were also spotted at Tuesday’s event.)
While friendship is essential, Carl said milk has also made a positive impact on his life.
“I actually drink a lot of milk, and I’ve been drinking milk by the carton since I was a little kid,” he shared. “I still argue that the reason I’m so tall is because of milk. And fun fact, I’ve never broken a bone. … so, thank you, milk.”
Summer House airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET, followed by In the City at 9 p.m. ET. Stream new episodes the next day on Peacock.
