We're letting the Cat out of the bag! So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley will be putting her talents to use for the Broadcast Television Journalists Association as the host of the 5th Annual Critics' Choice Television Awards, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.
The Deadbeat star, 38, first hosted the awards show back in 2011, its inaugural year, and will be returning this year to help honor the best series and performances since last June.
"I am excited to come back and host the show after hosting the inaugural show five years ago," Deeley said in a statement. "It's been an incredible year in television, and I am thrilled to be a part of celebrating and honoring so many talented performers and shows."
Among those shows are newcomers Jane the Virgin and Empire, as well as more established hits like The Good Wife, Game of Thrones, and Veep. HBO scored the most nominations of any network, with 27 nods, followed by FX, with 17.
Deeley herself is also nominated, for Best Reality Series Host, a category she won in 2012 with Dancing With the Stars' Tom Bergeron. She'll go up against Bergeron again this year, along with Anthony Bourdain (Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown), Betty White (Betty White's Off Their Rockers), James Lipton (Inside the Actors Studio), and Phil Keoghan (The Amazing Race).
Tune in to see which of your favorite stars take home an award on May 31. The 5th Annual Critics' Choice Television Awards air live from Beverly Hills at 8 p.m. ET on A&E.
