Chelsea Handler Gives Whitney Cummings Talk Show Hosting Advice

Whitney Cummings is on the rise!

One year after the 29-year-old comedienne executive produced, created and starred in her own NBC sitcom, Whitney, Cummings is making the leap to the late-night talk show circuit with the help of pal Chelsea Handler.

Premiering Nov. 28 on E!, Love You, Mean It, is Cummings' own weekly half-hour chat fest that will feature guests and Cummings' take on the latest in pop culture. Ahead of the show's kickoff, Handler gave her friend — and frequent Chelsea Lately guest — a few words of advice.

"I have a new talk show on E! produced by my dear friend Chelsea Handler, and she was kind enough to give me some tips on how to host a talk show. No. 1: Get Oxycontin. Already ahead of you, Chelsea. I can't feel anything from the neck down," Cummings, the co-creator of CBS' Two Broke Girls, jokes in a preview from her series.

For more of Handler's top tips for Cummings, watch the hilarious clip above now before Love You, Mean It With Whitney Cummings premieres Nov. 28 at 10:30 p.m. (EST) on E!
