Here comes the bride! Maci Bookout’s romantic wedding to Taylor McKinney is featured on the Monday, November 28, finale of Teen Mom OG. In the clip above, the MTV starlet, 25, prepares to exchange vows with McKinney in front of family, friends and even her TMOG costars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra.
As Bookout and McKinney get ready for the big day with their bridesmaids and groomsmen, cameras catch several supersweet moments leading up to the couple’s I do’s.
In one particularly heartwarming shot, Bookout’s 8-year-old son, Bentley (who she shares with ex-fiancé Ryan Edwards), proudly ushers his younger siblings Jayde, 17 months, and Maverick, 5 months (who Bookout shares with McKinney), down the aisle. In another standout scene, the 16 & Pregnant alum takes a deep breath before walking down the aisle with her father, Billy Eugene.
As Us Weekly exclusively confirmed, the Bulletproof author and McKinney became husband and wife on Saturday, October 8, during a “rustic” ceremony at Honey Lake Resort in Greenville, Florida.
“I am so excited because I don’t use the word ‘fiancé’ because I think it’s kind of silly!” Bookout — who wore a stunning Riki Dalal Haute Couture gown — told Us shortly after her nuptials. “So I’m excited to finally be able to call him my husband.”
Bookout and her beau of nearly four years got engaged back in January. McKinney popped the question as cameras were rolling for TMOG. The proposal played out on the season 6 premiere in August.
“I just love our teamwork. It’s hard to find somebody,” Bookout gushed to Us in October. “We both are always willing to help each other and we both get things done; 95 percent of the time, for our lives to be so crazy, it’s actually very calm, in a weird way. So I think our partnership is very, very strong.”
