Talk about a cowboy Casanova! You may know Jesse Metcalfe from playing hottie Christopher Ewing on Dallas, or perhaps you remember him as Gabby’s sexy gardner John Rowland from Desperate Housewives. But you probably didn’t realize that this hunk can sing too!
Singing for the first time on-screen in Hallmark’s upcoming film A Country Wedding, Metcalfe, 36, proves he’s more than just a pretty face. In the original song “Cowboy Rides Away,” the Dallas alum gives the tune his all.
“He said for all the world that I have seen, home’s the best place that I have been,” Metcalfe sings. “When you’ve got something you know is true, a man does what he has to do. Sometimes the cowboy rides away. Sometimes he rides back home to stay.”
Metcalfe stars alongside O.C. alum Autumn Reeser and Lauren Holly in the TV movie about a famous country singer who is set to marry a Hollywood actress, when he returns home to his small town and crosses paths with his childhood sweetheart.
