The proud dad shared a photograph via Twitter of his 21-month-old little tot sitting behind the desk, preparing for a tough show ahead and warming up the audience.

"I’ve been replaced. #TakeYourKidToWorkDay," Kimmel, 48, captioned the photograph in which little Jane looked adorable, wearing a pretty floral top.
Kimmel wasn't the only dad bringing his kid to work yesterday. Late Late Show host James Corden had a hilarious moment during his broadcast when the studio was totally taken over by offspring of his crew.
