"Some were starstruck," an onlooker tells Usmagazine.com. "Locals seem to encounter her quite a lot. The reactions vary. Sometimes people yell at her. But they're still starstruck."

The kids didn't seem to mind the attention Wednesday as they sipped on their drinks. "They seemed really happy and playful," says the witness. "Kate was ignoring TLC, she didn't do anything for the cameras."
