Pump those brakes, Kim! Kim Kardashian may still be pregnant with her second child, but the reality star already has a third baby on her mind, she reveals in a clip from an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
“I’m 25 pounds up on the scale today. Ahh!” she tells mom Kris Jenner in the preview clip. “And last time, I only gained 50, but I delivered six weeks early. They say you gain the most at the end.”
Jenner, 60, reassured her daughter that she shouldn’t worry about her weight.
“You have to remember that you’re making another human being and that you were able to really get in the best shape of your life after,” she tells the 35-year-old pregnant star.

Kardashian quickly clarifies her previous statement.
“Oh no, I’m not worried about after,” she says. “I’m just thinking about No. 3.”
“Whoa, can we just slow down and have No. 2?” the momager shoots back.
Kardashian’s second pregnancy hasn’t been an easy one. On Thursday, Dec. 3, the reality star took to her personal website and expressed her exasperation at feeling “fat as f—k.”
“My cankles are out of control,” she wrote, adding that the only things she wants to wear on her feet these days are “Givenchy flip-flops and shell-toe sneakers, like the Adidas Superstars.”
Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West, are already parents to 2-year-old North West. But, according to an insider, they’re still undecided on a name for their second little bundle of joy — a son.
“They are asking everyone they know for ideas!” the source told Us. “Kim and Kanye are both calling everyone and constantly asking for ideas. They are trying to narrow it down, but it’s been really hard. They are hoping when she gives birth, the right one will jump out at them.”
The next episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians will air on Sunday, Dec. 6, at 9 p.m. ET on E!
