Fa-la-la-LOL! Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon may have dominated the Dec. 21 Saturday Night Live — which also featured cameos by Madonna, Barry Gibb, Paul McCartney, and NYC mayor Mike Bloomberg — but one of 2013’s biggest couples nearly hijacked the holiday-themed night: Kimye! SNL castmembers Nasim Pedrad and Jay Pharoah once again impersonated Kim Kardashian and fiance Kanye West for a hilarious “Waking Up With Kimye” faux talk-show sketch.
This time around, North West’s mom and dad had much to discuss and boast about — including, for starters, Kim’s post-baby bikini body as featured on a recent cover of Us Weekly! “Joy to the world, Kim’s body’s back,” Kanye sings. Taking out her recent cover story, Kim brags, “I’m starring in a book!”
“[Her] body is back to a size I deem acceptable!” Kanye says. “”Kim’s body is back to a size I deem acceptable! Kim’s body left and then rose again. Remind you of anyone? His name rhymes with Yeezus!” (Kim guesses wrong with “Regis?”)
The pair then briefly introduce the “Kardashian Kristmas Karolers” (“we spelled it with 3 Ks! Happy holidays, KKK!” Kim whines) and Kim then fails to recall the name of her future father-in-law. “Mr. Black Guy? Morgan Freeman?”
Wrapping up the segment: A video Christmas card! In a holiday sendup of West’s infamous “Bound 2” video, the Kim straddles Kanye atop not a motorcycle but a certain red-nosed reindeer. “Uh, huh Rudolph!” says Kim.
