Hanging up her dancing shoes — for tonight, at least. Kim Zolciak will not perform on Dancing With the Stars‘ Monday, Sept. 28, episode following her mini stroke, Us Weekly can confirm.
“She’s just not up to it yet. She just got out of the hospital,” a source tells Us. “She is home with her babies and recuperating.” A second adds that she will FaceTime during Monday night’s show.
As previously reported, the Don’t Be Tardy star, 37, was hospitalized on Sept. 22, after the left side of her body went completely numb and she was unable to speak. Her husband, NFL defensive end Kroy Biermann, and her DWTS pro partner Tony Dovolani have been by her side during her health setback.
The mom of six might be recovering, but she still has some fight in her. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum slammed Wendy Williams after the TV host implied that she staged her health scare in order to advance in the ABC dancing competition.
“Absolutely appalling!! @wendywilliams how disgusting for you to insinuate I ‘faked’ my mini stroke on your show this morning!!” Zolciak wrote via Instagram on Monday. “You mad cause I didn’t come on your show! This clearly shows your warped mentality!!” She also posted a letter from an employee at The Wendy Williams Show, asking her to Skype in for an interview during Monday’s live episode.

Dovolani, meanwhile, has yet to comment on Zolciak’s DWTS absence. After a brutal debut dance – they placed last during the show’s first week of competition — the duo received a score of 19 out of 30 for their quickstep on Sept. 22.
