This is a little too real. Back in February, Kim and Khloe Kardashian were in a car accident in Montana with their younger half-sister Kylie Jenner and Kim's then-20-month-old daughter, North West. All four were unharmed, but now, thanks to a new teaser for the midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, fans can experience the terror of the near-miss for themselves — and it is terrifying.
Footage of the accident appears toward the end of E!'s new preview for the show. It lasts all of three or four seconds, but that's more than enough to scare Us.
As seen in the clip above, Khloe was driving when her car began to spin out of control because of some black ice on the road. She struggled to regain control, all the while yelling, 'Oh my god, oh my god,' as Kim freaked out in backseat with North.
"I don't have my seatbelt on!" the 34-year-old reality star exclaimed, a look of genuine fear on her face.
According to Khloe's version of events, which she shared during an Academy Awards pre-show just 24 hours after the accident, the car spun out and ended up in a ditch.
"It was really scary yesterday, but we're all good, all safe," she said at the time. "We were in Montana, hit some black ice, [and the] car spun out of control, like a big rig got ice all over our car…It was scary. Kim was screaming and crying, but it's all good. Everyone's good. Just shook up a little bit."
Kim, for her part, tweeted a photo after the accident, of a picturesque sky above the snow-capped Montana mountains. "Thank you God for watching over us and keeping us safe," she captioned the shot.
Watch the scary KUWTK preview above, and tune in to the midseason finale on Sunday, May 31, at 9 p.m. ET.
