Baby makes four! Kim Kardashian went into labor after her water broke on camera during the Sunday, February 21, Season 11 finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Meanwhile, Scott Disick returned from rehab and Kourtney Kardashian struggled with their new relationship dynamic.
*Oh, and FYI: Khloe Kardashian uttered the following sentence about her changing smile, "It only goes horizontally. It doesn't go up. Seriously, do you think sucking d–k could effect that?" Words to live by.
Keeping Up With Lamar Odom
Things are looking up for Lamar Odom! Khloe seemed pretty positive about her husband's health during an interview on Today, though she later admitted that doctors were "disappointed with the lack of growth."
The good news is that Lamar's team gave him permission to leave the hospital and move to an assisted living facility, which meant Khloe didn't have to stress about the possibility of him shacking up with her.
Jonathan Cheban's thoughts on the matter? "If you're responsible for him, you're locked in for life."
The Fresh Princess of Bel Air
File this under #KardashianProblems. Kim couldn't cope with construction on her mansion being delayed and was majorly stressed about her living situation — despite the fact that she owns an empty home in Bel Air. Meanwhile, living at Casa Kris was causing all kinds of stress for Kanye West, who Kim said felt like a "struggle rapper living in my baby mama's mama's house."
The good news is that Kris Jenner happened to be trolling around Los Angeles and randomly bought an apartment for herself to live in while Kimye took over the family home. Best. Mom. Ever.
Drama in the Land Down Under
Jenner vs. Jenner! Kylie had hurt feelings when she wasn't invited to see Kendall walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and complained to Kourtney. "I'm kinda annoyed with the Victoria's Secret situation and how she didn't want us to come or whatever," the beauty entrepreneur mused. "Everyone thinks I'm the jealous sister."
Kylie took out some of her frustration on Kendall during a trip to Australia, but eventually confronted her. "Everyone thinks that I'm the bad guy and I'm so jealous," she told her supermodel sister. "It's just kinda hurtful because I wanted to be at the show and support you."
Kendall's response? "I'm really sorry if your feelings were hurt, but it was kinda my night and I wanted to take it." Fair 'nuff.
Welcome Home, Scott!
The Lord is back! Scott returned from a four-week stint in rehab, but Kourtney wasn't 100 percent feelin' it. "I don't know. I don't know," she told the camera. "I'm really proud of Scott for being in rehab for 30 days. But he's just out. I don't know what's going to go on. I don't want to end up in the same situation I just got out of. I just don't really know how to be yet."
Kourtney committed to going to therapy with Scott once a week despite being confused about their relationship — but when Kim asked if Kourt was interested in getting back with her man, her answer was a resounding "No."
Baby, Baby, Baby, Oh
Baby on board! After finding out that her baby was seven pounds, breach and potentially causing yet another bout of preeclampsia, Kim was told that she needed to deliver early. Luckily, the KUWTK crew caught the moment her water broke at Kris' new apartment, and they rushed to the hospital in the last seconds of the episode. "My f–king water just broke," Kim said. "Can I please go to the bathroom?"
Kris' response? "This is just spectacular! This is gonna be an amazing night." Classic momager.
