Kyle Cooke is weighing in after Summer House fans took issue with West Wilson’s silence while he and Amanda Batula were confronted by their costars in audio from the season 10 reunion.
“West explicitly asked that any criticism or ‘heat’ be directed at him rather than Amanda on his podcast. West then proceeded to sit silent in all three audio clips leaked. 🤡 🎪,” Bravo blog Bravoandcocktails wrote via Threads on Tuesday, April 28.
Kyle, 43, replied, “He’s all PR and zero intention or integrity. The reunion was a brutal beat down and I can’t recall a moment when he had Amanda’s back 😔.”
The season 10 reunion will address the headline-making romance between Amanda, 34, and West, 31, which was confirmed in March after the couple previously shut down dating rumors. West was in a relationship with Ciara Miller in 2023, while Amanda announced her separation from Kyle after four years of marriage in January.
One day after the reunion was filmed on Thursday, April 23, an audio recording of Amanda and Ciara arguing about West circulated online. Bravo launched an official investigation into the leak.
“This represents a serious breach of trust and a clear lack of respect for the cast, crew, and the integrity of the production process,” a spokesperson for the network told Us Weekly on Friday, April 24. “We take this matter very seriously and have launched a full investigation and we will take appropriate action based on our findings.”
Amid the investigation, cast members including KJ Dillard and Kyle denied having any involvement in the leak.
“Bravo takes it insanely seriously. They’re doing a full-blown cyber investigation,” Kyle said in a social media video. “If you’re the one that leaked, you might wanna seek cover or counsel.”
The investigation came to a close soon after, with Bravo issuing another statement on Sunday, April 26.
“An investigation into the recent leak of the Summer House reunion audio has concluded that the audio was an unauthorized recording and distributed by an individual involved in the production of the reunion,” the statement read. “As a result of the findings, appropriate action has been taken.”
The network concluded, “There is no evidence that any member of the cast was involved in the recording of the audio. We take these matters seriously and will continue to take appropriate measures to respond to the unauthorized distribution of our content. We are aware that there is additional improperly obtained audio circulating and we caution all parties and platforms to refrain from posting, sharing or amplifying any unauthorized audio.”
Summer House airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
