Lindsay Lohan is getting work post-rehab. After guest-hosting Chelsea Lately on Aug. 5, the 27-year-old actress has landed a guest-starring role on HBO's Eastbound and Down, a source confirms to Us Weekly.
Lohan will appear opposite Danny McBride (Kenny Powers) in the upcoming fourth and final season of the comedy series about a former professional baseball pitcher who becomes a physical education teacher after an up and down career.
According to E! (SPOILER ALERT), Lohan is set play to the adult version of Powers' illegitimate daughter. She's reportedly filming in North Carolina now.
On Tuesday, Aug. 13, the Mean Girls star wrote on Instagram, "#back@work! So grateful today!" She also included a selfie that showed off her long red hair in curls, light makeup and a white ensemble.
Lohan was released from a court-mandated 90-day stint in rehab on July 30, and is now trying to turn her life around. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey on Oprah's Next Chapter, airing Sunday, Aug. 18, the actress admits, "I'm my own worst enemy, and I know that."
