Ariana Biermann’s single life continues to serve Us a slew of surprises.
In Us’ exclusive sneak peek of the Wednesday, August 20, episode of Next Gen NYC, Charlie Zakkour has some tea to spill during his latest phone call with Shai Fruchter.
“I’ve been busy last night,” Charlie, 31, reveals. “Ariana and a few of her girlfriends came over to like, sesh.”
After Shai, 25, appears visibly shocked, Charlie advises his close friend to “clutch your pearls, bro.”
Undeterred, Shai asks the question the rest of Us desperately need an answer to.
“Did you hook up with Ariana?” he asks.
“We only f***ed for a second,” Charlie replies with a laugh, proving he’s just kidding. “I don’t kiss and tell, bro. You know me.”
All jokes aside, things appear to be getting complicated for Ariana, 24, as she navigates the season newly single after a breakup from Hudson McLeroy. In recent episodes, she was spending quality time with newest cast member Liam Obergfoll.
At the same time, the former Don’t Be Tardy star was bonding with Charlie after attending BravoCon weekend in Las Vegas.
“It wasn’t that eventful, but she did definitely come over drunk at 1 a.m. so I wonder how Liam would feel about that,” Charlie tells Shai in the sneak peek. “Come on bro, girl comes over drunk at 1 a.m. and she has a guy she’s dating. Yet another interesting angle of what could go down this weekend. The whole thing’s just going to be weird.”
The Next Gen NYC crew is expected to head to the mountains for an all-cast trip on Wednesday’s episode. Ariana is likely to share a room with Liam, 29 — even though she’s been spending an eyebrow-raising amount of time with Charlie.
“I’m not going to be beholden to anyone else, but if she wants to respect her thing with Liam, that’s her decision. I owe him absolutely nothing,” Charlie says in a confessional interview. “The question is whether he tolerates it or not.”
As viewers prepare to watch the drama unfold, Gia Giudice is defending her costar and friend’s single girl season in upcoming episodes. When asked about Ariana and Charlie’s rumored hookups, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star exclusively told Us there was “no malicious intent behind it.”
“It was really her just being like, ‘I’m out here. I’m single. I’m hot,’ and she’s getting attention from all these guys,” she shared on August 12. “And I mean, who doesn’t love attention?”
