Why does Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel need Celebrity Rehab?

Despite reports that she will be treated for a pill problem, a source tells UsMagazine.com that she will seek help for her relationship woes. "Rachel is addicted to love," the source tells Us.

Uchitel was the first woman to be romantically linked to Woods. She later admitted having a "romantic relationship" with another married man, Bones star David Boreanaz. But after leaked text messages between the two hit the web, she issued a statement saying that the messages portrayed her in a false light (Boreanaz actually led her on, she said) and that she never "wanted to break up his family."

Uchitel — who checked into the Pasadena Recovery Center Saturday to undergo 21 days of detox and treatment — "has made some bad relationship choices and is being given the chance to deal with some issues," the source tells Us.

Adds the insider, "She is not an addict. She doesn't do drugs and isn't an alcoholic, but she does have problems with relationships. This is her chance to tell her story and show people another side of herself."

Also joining her: Party of Five alum Jeremy London, Janice Dickinson, Jason Wahler, former teen idol Leif Garrett, Frankie Lons (mother of singer Keyshia Cole) and oil heir/socialite Jason Davis.
