Hauserman filed a lawsuit against the British star for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress.

Barney accused Rossi of cheating on her late fiance Jeff -- he later died of cancer -- and that they had a "relationship of convenience" in which Rossi dated a man named Jay. During a reunion show, she denied Barney's story and said Jay was just an ex. Rossi -- who also did some heavy flirting with Barney's son -- added, "Do you really hate me that much that you need to say the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard?"
Before she began pulling out her claws on The Hills, she got practice fighting with the one-year-younger Cavallari. When Bosworth and bestie Lauren Conrad decide to throw Patridge a birthday party to smooth over tensions -- the three were roommates, but Patridge lived in the guest house -- Bosworth ended up leaving because she was uncomfortable with Patridge's friends.
