Under the weather? Lisa Vanderpump told her pals her theory on Yolanda Foster‘s kids’ heath, while newbie Kathryn Edwards and Faye Resnick butted heads during the Tuesday, January 26, episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Meanwhile, Yolanda made a rare postsurgery appearance and had an awkward interaction with Lisa “Munchausen Is My Fave Word” Rinna.
Also, in incredibly weird news, Giggy was forced to troll around a sex shop during this episode. He’s currently undergoing a detox and doggie therapy (we assume).
Under the Tuscan Sun
While the rest of the Housewives were up to their Botoxed eyebrows in drama, Eileen Davidson visited Italy to spread her late sister’s ashes. “I’m hoping that by scattering my sister’s ashes, it will start a progression of further healing,” she explained. It was a highly emotional trip for Eileen, who felt guilty for not being there when her sister passed away. “It’s not just that she passed,” Eileen said. “We have a lot of guilt because we didn’t help her, but we didn’t know.” Poor Eileen!
The New Girl
Time to get better acquainted with Kathryn Edwards! When she wasn’t chatting about the extremely current celebrity gossip item that is Simpson, Kathryn spent most of this episode shopping for diamonds with her husband, Donnie, and saying things like “I’m the average girl!” and “If I’m flying overseas, I’m flying first-class!”
And if you’re wondering whether Kathryn’s luscious lips are real or faux, they’re 100 percent legit — but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t had work done. “I get Botox — I get fillers if I get a line I want to get rid of,” she said. “I feel like I am moving my face! I can’t tell I’m not doing it! As far as I’m concerned, my eyebrows are halfway up my forehead.”
Speaking of beauty, Kathryn chatted with Lisa Vanderpump about aging, and said that her husband is never going to get wrinkles because “black don’t crack.” Well. Guess that happened.
50 Shades of Ken
For some disturbing reason, Ken Todd decided to purchase a sex shop with the intent to turn it into an English tavern. Because who wouldn’t want to eat at a place previously inhabited by adult toys? Naturally, Lisa and Ken visited the premises, which gave Lisa a great opportunity to play with NSFW objects and say, “I’m a gay advocate, I’m a huge supporter, but some of this looks a bit bizarre, even to me.”
The good news is that Lisa ended up finding a tiny whip for her pony friends (#FreeTheMutantPonies), so we’re gonna call this a win.
American Crime Story: The People v. O. J. Simpson
Well, this is awkward. Kathryn met her ’90s nemesis, Faye Resnick, for the first time at Kyle Richards’ dinner party, and she was not thrilled. “Faye alleged that my ex-husband, Marcus Allen, had an affair with Nicole Simpson,” Kathryn explained to cameras pre-soiree. “It was nobody’s f–king business.” Later, Kathryn continued her rant, saying, “Faye put herself in the situation right after Nicole was murdered, and she wrote a book about it, she posed for Playboy — I’m sure she loved the limelight.”
During dinner, Kathryn had no problem throwing Faye under the bus by saying “she capitalized on a tragedy,” and then publicly confronted her. “My name was never mentioned in anything until you brought my name up,” Kathryn said, while Faye stared at her blankly. Her response? “There’s not really much to discuss at this point.”
Kathryn and Faye kind of put the past in the past after their awkward conversation, but Kathryn told cameras that she’ll “never be Faye Resnick’s friend.”
Lisa Vanderpump Is Not Here for Faye’s Side-Eye
Good news, people who love a good RHOBH feud: Lisa Vanderpump also has it in for Faye. “Faye was a bit of a bitch to me at our 30th wedding anniversary,” Lisa said. “I haven’t spoken to her since.”
In case you need a refresher, Faye wasn’t on board with Lisa’s continual defense of Brandi Glanville, but she ended up (sort of?) apologizing: “I don’t have any hard feelings, and I’d like to just get past all that because it’s harmful and we don’t need it.” Meanwhile, Lisa quipped, “I’m allowing us both to move on.”
Lisa Rinna’s Lips Continue to Be Made for Talking
Yolanda donned a post-op poncho and attended Kyle’s party, only to come face-to-face with Lisa Rinna. “I’m aware that Lisa Rinna is debating my Lyme disease,” Yolanda said during an on-camera interview. “But that’s not where I want to put my energy today.”
Lisa managed to keep her mouth shut around Yolanda, but told cameras, “I’ve said things about Yolanda. Oh, God. Guilty!” Meanwhile, the situation only got more awkward when Lisa Vanderpump revealed that Yolanda’s ex-husband Mohamed Hadid doesn’t believe that his children, Anwar and Bella, have Lyme disease. “[Mohammed] just said no, that she’s the only one that has it,” Lisa told her friends after Yolanda peaced out of the party. “He said he doesn’t think that they had it.”
