Lindsay Hubbard still has questions about West Wilson and Amanda Batula’s timeline.
“I’m confused about how they previously said that nothing happened until the ‘end of Feb’ but their statement came out on March 31st (so that’s only 1 month later),” Lindsay, 39, shared via Threads on Thursday, June 25. “But then on the white boards WW said they had been making out and having sleepovers for ‘a longgg time’ prior to their statement.”
She continued, “So what is a ‘long time’ then? I’m assuming for WW to consider something ‘a long time’ that’s gotta be longer than 1 month. Just sayin: the timeline still isn’t adding up, and the pathy is back at it.”
Lindsay was responding to a two-part Instagram video of West, 31, with The Broadcast Boys (influencers Lucas Brody and Nelson Vergara) in which they attempted to break down the Summer House season 10 scandal.
West spoke to what went down between himself and Amanda, 34, after largely staying silent during the reunion, which concluded earlier this month. However, it appears he created more confusion — especially with costar Lindsay.
West clarified in the Instagram video, posted on Wednesday, June 24, that he and Amanda hadn’t “gotten physical” until after releasing their joint statement. (West and Amanda revealed their relationship via Instagram on March 31.)
“They asked the question, she responded,” Lucas told West. “You looked at her in total confusion as if you had a preplanned response that she went rogue on.”
West was quick to reply, saying, “Next.”
Lucas said, “no,” causing West to attempt and clarify the timeline — once again.
“We f***ed after the statement statement, but we’ve been making out and having sleepovers for a long time,” West said. “This is my bulls*** thing. I was still doing the wrong thing, I was like, ‘If I’m not D in V, then I’m not committing a crime,’ which is wrong.”
Lucas responded, “So you’re doing everything else but f***ing until the second statement was released?”
West made it clear that he and Amanda didn’t have sex until after their statement was posted, squashing theories that the pair were intimate after her divorce announcement. (Amanda and estranged husband Kyle Cooke announced in January that they had separated after four years of marriage.)
West also confirmed that he “made the first comment outloud” about his feelings for Amanda, which led to them becoming more than friends.
Since West and Amanda went public with their relationship, both Bravo fans and Summer House stars have attempted to get clarification about their timeline, with Lindsay being perhaps the most outspoken about her confusion.
“I didn’t learn anything,” she said during part 3 of the reunion, which aired on June 9. “I just feel like there’s not a lot of clarity.”
