Summer House stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson are pulling back the curtain on their romance.
“When we were out, I kinda looked at Amanda and I was like, ‘Am I f***ing crazy or is there a little something going on here?’” West explained during the May episode of the reality show’s season 10 reunion when asked who made the first move.
The pair confirmed their romance in March, two months after Amanda released a joint statement revealing she and Kyle Cooke had parted ways after four years of marriage. West, for his part, was previously in a relationship with costar and Amanda’s ex-BFF Ciara Miller.
West stated in April that “there was no overlap” between relationships. Instead, he shared that he and Amanda “realized things were maybe a little bit serious” in February.
“I know there’s a thousand different theories on the internet right now, but that is one thing that for sure did not happen,” he said during an episode of his and Sophie Cunningham‘s “Show Me Something” podcast. “Everyone was single.”

1st Statement Released by Amanda and West
In March, Amanda and West revealed that they had a romantic relationship. “We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity,” read an Instagram statement at the time. “It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”
“We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected,” they continued. “Our connection grew out of a genuine, longstanding friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”
The pair wrote that as their “feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling.”
“We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless,” they wrote. “We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this.”
1st Time They Kissed
In the first part of the Summer House season 10 reunion, Amanda and West confirmed that their first kiss occurred at the “end of February after brunch.” Costar Jesse Solomon previously confirmed in April that West went to brunch with cast members in February and left to spend time with Amanda, but did not inform them where he was going.
1st Time They Slept Together
During the first part of the Summer House season 10 reunion, host Andy Cohen asked Amanda and West when they were first intimate.
“When did you first sleep together?” Andy asked the pair, to which Amanda replied, “After the statement. I mean, not that night.”
