Taylor Frankie Paul appears to be ready to move on from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
“My gratitude goes to all the networks that supported me throughout this and gave me the chance to return. However I don’t desire to move forward like this,” Taylor, 32, wrote via Instagram on Monday, September 21. “I originally was willing to be removed to let them all continue on with less stress, and I’m back to that point.”
The SLOMW returned for its long-awaited fifth season on September 10 after production was paused earlier this year amid legal issues involving Taylor and her ex Dakota Mortensen.
Mikayla Matthews recently announced she would not be returning to the Hulu reality show if Taylor is involved in filming. Layla Taylor, Miranda McWhorter and other costars have also made headlines for their disagreements with Taylor.
“Some of the girls know what I’ve been through and then to turn and collectively pile on with their ‘statements’ knowing there has been ongoing abuse through the system the last 8 months on top of what I’ve endured. Almost the entire cast plus some, going at me….laughing about my kids is disgusting,” Taylor claimed in her latest social media post. “I bit my tongue there. These same people had meetings telling me I need to lead the way of pay….my voice was the only one that can make it happen and then they would work from what I demanded. I’m grateful I never followed through with their requests of demands and I’m grateful I kept same pay out of fairness and integrity.”
Taylor said she treated production and the crew “with respect always” since she joined the show in 2024. She also praised the men and women behind the scenes for being “ones who checked on me throughout this.”
“I agree it’s to the point of bullying for months now. What makes it harder to take in is some of these parents have made mistakes that would result in the same judgement I’m receiving yet pointing a finger,” Taylor claimed. “However it’s a pleasure to remove myself so they can continue, because I’ve almost convinced myself I’m deserving of all this pain and to a certain degree absolutely this is consequences of my actions. My question has been how much suffering and scrutiny is going to be enough…I’m just relieved to be out.”

One costar and friend who has remained in Taylor’s corner is Jessi Draper. While appearing on Monday’s episode of the “CHEERS!” podcast with Avery Woods, the reality star explained that she holds her costar and friend accountable, while also offering support.
“I don’t need to turn on someone that’s also going through a hard time,” Jessi, 34, said. “But I also understand the girls’ frustrations and feelings. It’s really hard to be in the middle when you get what they’re feeling, but also don’t want to abandon someone who’s really low right now.”
