West Wilson may be out of Summer House, but his ex-girlfriend may very well be in.
A source exclusively tells Us Weekly that there have been conversations about West’s ex Meija Moreno joining season 11 of the Bravo series after she bonded with the cast and filmed a bonus episode with Ciara Miller.
On Tuesday, June 16, viewers watched Meija, 27, appear on a surprise episode of Summer House season 10 titled “The Aftermath.”
In the special, she opened up about her conversations with West, 31, since he filmed the season 10 Summer House reunion and was grilled by his castmates for his romantic relationship with Ciara’s ex-BFF Amanda Batula. (Ciara, 30, also called Meija during the reunion and brought her up on-camera.)
While the network has not confirmed any casting decisions for season 11, the source tells Us that Jesse Solomon will be back for a brand-new season.
The insider also heard Ben Waddell’s future is uncertain, while Levi Sebree wasn’t asked back before the new season begins filming as early as the Fourth of July weekend. (Us has reached out to Bravo for comment.)
Earlier this week, news broke that West would not be returning for Summer House season 11 as he continues to face ongoing tension with his castmates.
“West isn’t coming back,” a source explained to Us on Monday, June 15. “He could still make an appearance on Summer House or In the City in the future, especially if things with Amanda progress, but he’s not a cast member this season.”
Although original cast member Kyle Cooke famously proclaimed that “summer should be fun,” it’s been far more dramatic and unpredictable in recent months.
After Amanda, 34, and West confirmed their relationship in March, several cast members have expressed feelings of betrayal and shock at the pair’s decision to pursue a romantic relationship.
“You and West made a very adult decision and now you have to deal with the very adult consequences that come with that,” Lindsay Hubbard told Amanda on Tuesday’s episode. “You can’t just be the ostrich who puts their head in the sand.”
When Amanda tried to explain how she developed feelings for West, Lindsay, 39, interjected, “That does not excuse going for the one guy that has broken Ciara’s heart multiple times and then got it back and then broke it and got it back.”
Season 10 also featured cast members Carl Radke, Mia Calabrese, KJ Dillard, Dara Levitan and Bailey Taylor. They each have expressed their support for Ciara after Amanda and West’s romance revelation.
