Tyra Gives Tough Love on ‘America’s Next Top Model’
During the fourth cycle of America’s Next Top Model in 2005, contestant Tiffany Richardson really got show host Tyra Banks’ blood boiling. Upset with Richardson’s apathetic attitude toward the modeling competition, Banks gave the ANTM hopeful a verbal whooping. “I have never in my life yelled at a girl like this. When my mother yells like this, it’s because she loves me!” the supermodel shouted. “I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you! How dare you! Learn something from this.”
