Ingredients
1 cup marinara sauce
1 chili pepper, seeded and chopped
4 eggs
1 oz feta cheese
1/8 tsp cumin
Kosher salt and black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Heat marinara sauce and chopped chili in a small ovenproof skillet on medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Gently crack eggs into heated marinara sauce. Sprinkle feta cheese over top and season with cumin, salt and pepper.
4. Using an oven mitt, transfer skillet into oven and bake for about 10 minutes until eggs are set but still runny.
5. Remove from oven and garnish with basil.

Ingredients
1 lb sausage
1 lb bacon
12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 sweet onion, diced
1 bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, crumbling as it cooks. Drain and set aside.
2. Dice bacon into bite-size pieces and cook in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until crisp. Drain fat and set aside.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
4. Crack eggs into a large bowl and stir in milk until combined.
5. Stir in sausage, bacon, cheddar, onion, bell pepper, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until eggs are set and edges are golden brown.
6. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

1–2 lb bacon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange a rack in the lower third of oven. If you are cooking 2 sheets of bacon, position a second rack in top third of oven.
2. Line 1 or 2 rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil. Lay the bacon on sheets in a single layer. Be careful not to overlap or the slices will stick together during cooking.
3. Bake until bacon is deep golden and crispy, 15 to 20 minutes. Begin checking at 12 minutes.
4. Remove pans from oven and drain bacon on paper towels.

12 slices ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 large eggs
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 12-cup muffin tin. Line each cup with a slice of ham and sprinkle with cheddar. Crack an egg into each ham cup and season with salt and pepper.
2. Bake until eggs are cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolks.

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl or jar.
2. Cover, place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours) to gel.
3. To add flavor, try serving with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dollop of nut butter. Or garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
