Christie Brinkley‘s Instagram continues to depict our dream life. The 72-year-old model often takes to social media to share shots from her gorgeous homes (she has a house in the Hamptons and one in Turks and Caicos), and when she’s not posing in a bikini, she’s laughing it up with friends, sipping wine (from her own brand, of course) and rocking other enviable outfits. One recent look that’s stuck in our minds? A flirty floral maxi dress, which Brinkley showed off while cheerfully posing next to her hydrangeas.
While it may take Us a while to get on Brinkley’s level lifestyle-wise, her fashion choices are somewhat attainable. Although her actual outfit is from Gucci, we found a similar maxi dress on Amazon that nails the look for a lot less. Anyone can rock this bold, playful style, but JIC you need a reminder, the star proved it’s especially flattering on women over 50.

Like Brinkley’s dress, this PrettyGarden alternative is easy and breezy, with loose long sleeves and a tiered skirt. More importantly, it features a floral-like print in a red and white color scheme, mimicking the pricey designer find. Unfortunately, the lookalike is not made of silk organza, but that’s okay. The lightweight material makes the piece more casual, so you can easily pair it with flat sandals or sneakers for an ordinary day, then dress up the look for a formal event by adding heels.
One detail we especially love about the Amazon alternative is its faux-wrap design, which features a convenient snap bodice and is loose enough to prevent the fabric from clinging in the summer heat. Still, fashionistas can define their waist with the included ribbon belt, knotting it as tight as they prefer.
