The Good Fight

The Good Fight is a spinoff of The Good Wife and premiered in 2017 on CBS.

The series follows Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) and her goddaughter and young lawyer Maia Rindell (Rose Leslie). A financial scam ruins Maia’s reputation and drains Diane’s savings. The two are forced out of their law firm and join Diane’s former employee Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) at the Reddick, Boseman & Kolstad firm in Chicago.

Other characters include Barbara Kolstad (Erica Tazel), Adrian Boseman (Delroy Lindo), Marissa Gold (Sarah Steele), Colin Morrello (Justin Bartha), Jay Dispersia (Nyambi Nyambi), Julius Cain (Michael Boatman) and Liz Lawrence (Auda McDonald).

Baranski was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in 2022 for Best Actress in a Television Series — Drama. The Good Fight concluded with season 6, which premiered in 2022.
