Ali Brunson and Shannon Hart are more than happy to have Taylor Swift along for the ride as the New York Knicks find themselves on the cusp of winning their first NBA championship since 1973.

Swift, 36, sat courtside and enthusiastically cheered on the Knicks during Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, June 10, which raised some questions about the pop star’s allegiance to the team.

Ali, who married Knicks star Jalen Brunson in 2023, paid no mind to the controversy.

“That was awesome to see,” Ali exclusively told Us Weekly via her partnership with Reese’s Oreo. “She was there with her custom T-shirts. They’re all matching.”

Swift attended the game with friends Alana and Este Haim, with all three decked out in customized Knicks shirts. Swift’s shirt read “Stevie Knicks” in appreciation of the Fleetwood Mac icon.

Actress Mariska Hargitay joined the trio courtside, with celebratory videos of Swift and Hargitay, 62, going viral as the Knicks completed the greatest comeback in NBA Finals history.

“Sitting next to Mariska, how amazing is that?” Ali, 30, marveled. “That’s another dynamic duo right there. It was fun. She was really in it. She’s a true fan.”

Shannon, who exchanged vows with Knicks star Josh Hart in 2021, echoed Ali’s sentiment.

“Just seeing how into the game she was, that was really cool,” Shannon, 31, told Us on behalf of Reese’s Oreo. “Jumping up and down, hugging each other.”

The Knicks’ 29-point comeback in Game 4 made for one of the most indelible sports moments in recent memory, but Shannon joked that it might have come at a cost.

“I was like, ‘Is this good for your health?’” Shannon said. “Your heart’s beating, you’re in disbelief. It went from sitting there and everyone’s quiet to now everyone’s screaming.”

She added, “Even after the game, the guys were like, ‘How did that just happen?’ They were in disbelief and they were on the court. It was pretty insane.”

In connection with the Knicks’ march to the Finals, Ali and Shannon have partnered with Reese’s Oreo, a serendipitous link-up given the iconic brands’ orange and blue colors.

“Reese’s and Oreo are two of my favorite snacks ever coming together,” Ali said. “It just happens to be during this iconic playoff run of orange and blue colors taking over the city. It lives up to the hype. It’s such a good combo.”

Shannon added, “Obviously, we’ve all been wearing our orange and blue colors day after day after day. Growing up, I’ve always loved Reese’s. I feel like so many people love Reese’s or they love Oreos, and them coming together is just the most delicious thing ever.”

The 2026 NBA Finals shift to San Antonio for Game 5 on Saturday, June 13, where both Ali and Shannon will be on-hand to see if the Knicks can close out the series.
