The man who accused Stefon Diggs of sexual assault claims he has text messages and phone records that show the former New England Patriots star coordinated a physical assault against him.

TMZ Sports reported on Tuesday, July 21, that Christopher Griffith filed court docs saying he planned to add new allegations to his lawsuit against Diggs, 32, related to evidence the wide receiver’s team handed over in discovery.

He also intends to sue Diggs for defamation, due to a social media post presumably about Griffith, in which Diggs wrote, “Mamas a n**** lying on my name because he got caught stealing.”

“Trying to act like this n**** is a victim because he lying is crazy,” Diggs added in his post.

Griffith has accused Diggs of drugging and sexually assaulting him during a 2023 incident at Diggs’ home. Griffith claimed he denied Diggs’ advances and also alleges that a week later, Diggs’ brother and a group of men attacked him outside of his apartment in an attempt to silence him.

Diggs has denied all allegations against him and filed a defamation suit against the social media influencer, saying Griffith’s accusations were “for clout and attention.”

Griffith claims that he is now in possession of texts and phone records from Diggs’ assistant that shows him planning the alleged assault. That includes talk about booking flights and hotel arrangements with one of the accused assailants for the day he said the assault took place.

He also claims the phone logs show Diggs making a call to one of his attackers, placed at the time that surveillance footage shows the assailant on his phone in Griffiths’ apartment building.

“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks,” Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, said in a statement when Diggs filed his suit.

Since going public with his accusations, Griffith has stuck by his story, even calling out Cardi B for publicly questioning him earlier this month and blasting him as a “light skin albino lizard.”

“I have too much respect for Bardi (and women in general) for me to [say] anything disparaging back to her, but mama please take off the blinders,” Griffith wrote via Instagram in the comments section of a post sharing Cardi’s rant against him. “My time around that collective predates you.”

He added, “How could I be the thief when the only person that got robbed and assaulted was me? On camera… TWICE within a 7 day span!!! Y’all keep talking about which direction someone leans toward in the regard to sexual orientation, while bypassing TWO DOCUMENTED ASSAULTS!!!”
