NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs is asking a judge to prevent his male sexual assault accuser from accessing his pro contract.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Christopher Blake Griffith, who accused Diggs, 32, of sexual assault in 2025, has requested “information and documents related to his pro football income.”

Diggs, meanwhile, is arguing that he is not claiming any loss to his NFL income, making his contract information irrelevant. Us Weekly has reached out to Diggs’ attorney for comment.

The case stems from an alleged incident in 2023 when Griffith claims the two of them went to a basketball game together. After, Griffith claims they went back to Diggs’ home where the Pro Bowler allegedly drugged and assaulted him.

Griffith also accused Diggs of offering him candy “laced with drugs” without his knowledge, according to a 2023 police report.

A week after the alleged incident, Griffith said he was seriously injured when he was assaulted outside his apartment, allegedly by Diggs’ brother.

Diggs filed a libel suit against Griffith in October 2025, disputing the influencer’s claims about what happened that night, saying the “would-be social media influencer” spread the accusations to his followers “for clout and attention.”

“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks,” Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, said in a statement at the time.

The latest update to the case comes just days after Diggs was found not guilty of assault against his former personal chef, who accused him of strangling her during a December 2025 dispute over unpaid wages.

“He came in intent to hurt me,” the chef, Mila Adams, claimed on the stand during the trial. “He was leaning against the dresser. He asked me to get up to come here. I got up off the bed and I came across to him. I stood in front of him, I stood on the side of him as he was leaning back. And he was like, ‘What was all that s*** you was talking?’”

The jury deliberated for approximately 90 minutes before returning with the not guilty verdict on Tuesday, May 5.

“The evidence has shown what we’ve maintained from day one: Mr. Diggs was wrongly accused, and this case represents exactly the kind of opportunistic targeting that players can face the moment they step off the field,” Diggs’ attorney, Mitch Schuster, said in a statement obtained by the Associated Press.
