Getting fruity! Bethenny Frankel put her bikini body on display in a watermelon-themed swimsuit while lounging in a pool in New York on Sunday, August 21.
The Real Housewives of New York City star, 45, rocked the Montce Swim Watermelon Bikini ($88, couturecandy.com) and Reversible Nu Micro Bottom, ($88, couturecandy.com) to promote her new Skinnygirl Watermelon Lime Margarita. She surrounded herself with the fruit, lounging on two melon-slice floaties by Sunnylife, and drinking her branded cocktail while doing so.
The latest flavor of her Skinnygirl line debuted on Thursday, August 17, at 620 Loft and Green in NYC, along with a hair makeover for the mom of Bryn, 6. Previously, the RHONY star sported a short, highlighted bob — sans fringe. Now, her ‘do is a milk-chocolate hue.
“Do you like [my new bangs]? I really like them. It’s the summer of freedom,” the businesswoman told Us Weekly at the event. “I was ready for a new look and I’m liking them a lot.
Frankel also discussed her break from filming the Real Housewives and whether she would continue with the series after a challenging season 8. “I have a lot of things to think about — I have a bunch of businesses, a daughter, the Skinnygirl brand to protect, a production company. It’s a chessboard and you have to move different pieces around at different times to see what fits,” she told Us.
She added, “I’m happy right now. It was a difficult season. I enjoyed it, but I didn’t enjoy the end — and I did not enjoy the reunion. That’s the stain that’s on me right now, but we’ll see how I feel [in time].”
