Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z stepped out in NYC on Monday, May 11, and they seemed determined to teach Us some positive life lessons with their coordinated couple street style!
Leading the way with good vibes, Beyonce, 33, modeled a black tank top that read “Never Forget to Say Thank You,” teamed with distressed jeans, a printed clutch, and neon heels. Meanwhile, her husband, 45, strolled by her side wearing a T-shirt that read “Peace” (in Hebrew, English, and Arabic), which he paired with black pants and white sneakers.
The musical power couple were spotted wearing the positive-message duds while leaving an office building, where fans were waiting outside, prompting them to stop and sign autographs.
(Amusingly, in an interview with Emilia Clarke released that same day, the Game of Thrones actress dished to Harper’s Bazaar that she believes that the rap mogul bought his wife a very special present from the show’s set. “Apparently, Jay Z bought [a dragon egg] for Beyonce, or something,” Clarke revealed with a laugh.)
Later that night, Beyonce and Jay Z grabbed a bite to eat with the “Flawless” singer’s mom, Tina, and her new husband, Richard Lawson. The four met at Bar Pitti restaurant in NYC’s West Village neighborhood, where they had dinner before heading back out into the night.
