Bronzed babe!
Glowing skin is not something you traditionally maintain for longer than five minutes in the wintertime unless your name is Blake Lively. The Age of Adaline actress, 27, attended the Marchesa fashion show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on Wednesday, Feb. 18, sporting the best darn glow we've seen in months, so we had to ask an expert how.
Aside from being married to the always hunky Ryan Reynolds, Lively's glow could also be attributed to technique and a few key beauty products, says mark. celebrity makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan.
"For a winter glow, skip any finishing or setting powders," Deenihan tells Us Weekly. "Instead, try use an illuminating powder." Her pick: the mark. Touch & Glow All Over Shimmer Cubes ($16, avon.com)."
To really amp up your bronze look, start with your foundation application. "Try mixing a luminizer into your foundation before applying it to the face," Deenihan suggests. "Your skin will have that fresh and radiant look even in the winter months!"
For more ways to liven up your skin, try Too Faced Soul Mates Blushing Bronzer ($34, sephora.com) or the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Face Sculpt & Highlight ($65, Nordstrom.com), both have been known to leave the skin with an undeniable glow.
