Brooke Shields is an all natural beauty.
Shields, 61, took to TikTok on Monday, August 10, to share a sweet snapshot introducing her new pup, Shippy. In the pic, she gave the camera a soft smile while going makeup-free. She parted her hair down the middle and styled her mane, which featured salt-and-pepper roots, in a bouncy blowout.
“World, meet Shippy 🐶🥹,” she captioned the adorable pic. “She is perfect and we are obsessed with her!!”
Shields’ fresh-faced selfie comes after she went viral for clapping back at her daughter Grier’s jokes. While participating in a new TikTok trend where you say “how you would respond” to a bully, Grier, 20, tested her mom. (Shields shares daughters Grier and Rowan, 23, with husband Chris Henchy.)
“You have a lot of gray hairs,” Grier told the actress, to which Shields cheekily replied, “It’s a sign of maturity.” Grier then poked fun at Shields’ “many” forehead “wrinkles.”

Shields shut down the remark, saying, “That’s cause I’m worried about the world because it’s inhabited by people like you.” Grier hilariously gasped at her quick-witted comeback.
“Ooh! Burn!” she said, while Shields cracked up.
Shields has been candid about her thoughts on aging through the years. In January 2025, she told Real Simple that aging naturally is a “positive” trend.
“If we really talk about the entirety of these upper ages, then great,” she shared. “But the fact that I’m 59 and I’m called ‘aged’ doesn’t feel right to me. I hope the trend is for us to still want to feel our best and look our best, rather than chase something that’s unreal and unfair to put ourselves through.”
She added, “My girls read all the comments on my social stuff, and one of them made my older daughter laugh. She said, ‘Oh my God, Mom, someone was trying to be nice,’ but they said, “Oh, it’s so nice to see that she hasn’t had any work done and she’s just aging naturally.” I would be lying if I said I didn’t care. … And I don’t know that I want to do anything about it, but I’d like it to be a little bit better. We all fall into it.”
