Brooks Nader was surprised to hear she received the Breakthrough Fashion Talent award after having so many wardrobe malfunctions.
Nader, 29, exclusively spoke to Us Weekly about her many nip slips at The Daily Front Row’s 10th annual Fashion Awards in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 14.
When asked about her relatively common fashion faux pas, Nader replied with a laugh, joking, “You said it, not me! This is true. I have been known to have a nip slip every now and then. That’s why it’s so shocking I’m getting this award, but I’m honored.”
The Love Thy Nader star went on to say that “you don’t have to be perfect” to take home an award. “Hannah Montana said it best: ‘Nobody’s perfect,’” she said, referencing Miley Cyrus’ Hannah Montana song of the same name.”
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model added that she feels the “most beautiful” in those “imperfect moments.”
“People are like, ‘That happened to me too,’ because it just shows you that we’re all human, and it can happen to anyone,” she said.
When Nader found out she won Daily Front Row’s Breakthrough Fashion Talent award, she told Us she “cried.”
“I was so honored, because Daily Front Row has been a part of my life since I got into the fashion industry,” she explained. “It was my first cover, and it’s just such an honor to get this award.”
Nader previously opened up to Us about experiencing a number of nip slips in November 2025.
“I have so many,” she quipped at an Alice + Olivia event. When asked whether she’s ever had an intentional nip slip, Nader replied, “No! Whenever the actual areola is popping out, it’s not intentional.”
“I swear, you have to believe me,” she continued. “I am baffled. I think it’s like a curse, I don’t know.”
She explained that if she’s wearing a sheer top, then she’s purposefully letting fans get a glimpse of her curves. Otherwise, any mishap is an accident.
