Underwood, who took the stage with co-host Brad Paisley, wore a dozen dresses in just three hours. "Been getting lots of questions about my wardrobe changes tonight-from red carpet to after party I'll be wearing 12 gorgeous get-ups!" she tweeted before the show began.

The country crooner, 32, who just released her latest album, Storyteller, in October, started off the night in a coral-colored gown by Indian label Gauri & Nainika. She edged up the ensemble with spiky earrings and an ear crawler by Anne Sisteron, and rings by Pasquale Bruni and Graziela Gems.

After a fitted white dress for the Star Wars-themed opening sketch, the "Before He Cheats" singer wore a pink cutout dress by Rani Zakhem, which she paired with shoes by Giuseppe Zanotti, her Anne Sisteron earrings, and a Le Vian ring.

But it's not a country show unless someone's wearing denim! So for the fourth look of the night, Underwood, who's been married to Mike Fisher since July 2010, slipped into a jean top and skirt by Furne Amato and Tamara Mellon shoes.

Look number five was a blue chiffon creation by Leanne Marshall paired with earrings by Maryam Shahbazi.

Though most of Underwood's styles were composed of vibrant colors and statement jewelry pieces, her performance outfit was head-to-toe black. She wore a sultry minidress by Erevos Aether and Lust for Life over-the-knee boots, as well as Marianna Harutunian earrings, bracelets and rings by Nicolina Royale, and another ring by Bavna.

One of our favorite looks of the night had to be the watercolor dress she wore by Gauri & Nainika (the second style she wore by the Indian designer). The ladylike silhouette paired with the skin-baring cutouts made for the perfect combination of sexy and classy. She paired it with Giuseppe Zanotti heels and baubles by Vhernier.

The mother of Isaiah, 8 months, then slipped into a sequin number by Elie Madi, which she accessorized with jewels by Phillips House and BaubleBar.

In another sparkly ensemble, Underwood took the stage in Kate Spade, completing the outfit with earrings by Kanokkorn Lamlert and a ring by Vhernier.

After, she wore a navy ruffle dress by Dora Abodi and added a little shine with rings by Le Vian and Melissa Kaye Jewelry.

For her penultimate outfit, the American Idol alum sported her brightest dress of the night — a yellow gown by Eleanore Couture. Stuart Weitzman heels, L'Dezen earrings and rings, and a bracelet by Parade completed the sunny style.

Underwood said goodnight and congratulated all the winners and performers at the CMAs wearing a blush chiffon gown, again by Project Runway designer Leanne Marshall, with earrings by Nigaam.
