Presenting Mr. and Mrs. Peele! Exactly one day after revealing that they’d eloped, Chelsea Peretti and Jordan Peele made their debut as a married couple at the red carpet premiere of Keanu on Wednesday, April 27, in Hollywood.
The Brooklyn Nine-Nine actress, 38, stunned in a plunging black jumpsuit. Meanwhile, her new husband, 37, looked especially dapper in a blue suit with a checkered button-up and a printed blue tie.

Peele stars in the film about an adorable kitten (voiced by, you guessed it, Keanu Reeves) stolen by gangsters. He posed with his furry costar before gushing to Us Weekly about the impromptu ceremony.

“Yes, our dog was the only witness!” Peele said, referencing their Instagram wedding announcement starring their pup. “Our dog is very dear to us, and it just didn’t feel right to leave him there on our special day. He’s a part of the family.”

As for whether or not they wanted to surprise their familes, the Key & Peele alum said, “You know what? We weren’t thinking about everyone else. We were thinking about us. … I went and shot a movie in Alabama, I came back, and within a week, we had missed each other so much, we were like, let’s just do it. Let’s just go. And we put it together, and it was awesome.”
