No bobs about it! While celebs are loving the style now, Christie Brinkley will never ever get back together with a chin-length bob.
The legendary supermodel, 61, revealed that she had one fling with the look and that was enough. “I once had a hairdo to here [my chin] and it drove me crazy because I’m so used to tucking my hair behind my shoulders [to keep it out of my face],” she told Us Weekly at NYDJ’s “Fit to Be” launch party in NYC on Thursday, January 28.
And the short length doesn’t allow Brinkley, who stars in the denim brand’s newest campaign, to pull her hair back when she wants to. “I get to a point in the day when I’ve got to put my hair [up],” she said. “When I had that bob, I couldn’t. [It] wouldn’t fit in the ponytail!”
That being said, seeing the trend on Sophia Bush, Hilary Duff and Kirsten Dunst isn’t helping the mom of three’s resolve. “It looks cute. I’m loving the bob on everybody right now and I do get tempted,” she told Us. If she decides to make the chop again, she may not have to go without her beloved ponytail. “I do have my own line of hair extensions,” she noted.
