Royal fashion! Duchess Kate attended a reception at Government House in Victoria, British Columbia, wearing a tea-length gown on Monday, September 26. Watch today's Red Carpet Daily, presented by AT&T, to get all the details on Middleton's striking Canadian style!
The Duchess of Cambridge, 34, dazzled in the Preen by Thornton Bregazzi dress, which featured an asymmetrical neckline and pleated skirt details. She paired the frock with a matching clutch and coordinating pumps — all red in honor of Canada's flag. She added glitz and a sentimental touch with the queen's maple leaf brooch, which was given to Elizabeth II in 1939.
The mother of George, 3, and Charlotte, 16 months, is touring Canada through October 1 with her two children and her husband, Prince William. "Catherine and I are delighted to be back in Canada. When we were here last time [in the summer of 2011], we had been married only three months," Prince William said in his opening speech just after landing in Victoria, British Columbia. "The warm welcome that you gave us at that important moment of our lives meant a lot to us — and we have never forgotten it. That is why we are so pleased that George and Charlotte can be with us in Canada this time around, beginning their own lifetime of friendship with this wonderful country."
To get caught up on the rest of the duchess' tour ensembles, including her body-hugging Jenny Packham dress and her eye-catching embroidered McQueen ensemble, keep watching!
