Breaking boundaries! Jaden Smith ditched the traditional tuxedo when it came time to attend prom. The 16-year-old son of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith wore a black and white dress with a black suit jacket over top of it.
The Karate Kid 2 actor also brought strolled into the dance with a famous star on his arm — Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg.
Stenberg, 16, who played Rue in the series first film, wore her hair in long braids and rocked a metallic halter dress. She posted pictures of the event on Twitter.
This isn’t the first time Smith has worn a dress in public. Back in April he was spotted walking around Calabasas, Calif. in a knee-length ensemble, later tweeting, “That Moment When Your Wearing A Dress With No Pants And You Swerve Way To Hard.”
