"Gotta get it in…#workinonmyfitness #gymtime #cardio #thereIamwithnomakeupagain! Lol," the Shades of Blue actress, 46, wrote along with a photo of herself in a neon yellow sports bra and matching black and neon running pants.
Her incredibly taut core was front and center in the pic, but she also referenced her completely bare face, which didn't have a drop of makeup.
This isn't the first time Lopez has gone sans foundation or mascara on social media this month.
It was impossible to look away from the mesmerizing Dubsmash video Casper Smart posted on Instagram on February 3, in which J.Lo is rocking a messy topknot and another fresh face. In the quick clip, the pair reenacts the popular "Starbucks, Yas" Vine.
“Starbucks,” Smart, 28, mouths.
“Yas!” Lopez replies.
“Chipotle,” he adds.
“Yas!” she mouths.
In the vid, the two are sitting up in bed and Lopez is wrapped in a fur-trimmed bathrobe.
