Jennifer Lopez stepped out to dinner on Thursday evening, Oct. 9, in super-chic separates, including a crisscrossed crop top that put the “Booty” singer's incredibly toned abs on display. But she made a trip to the gym before treating herself!
Lopez, 45, started Wednesday, Oct. 8, by working up a sweat with celeb trainer Tracy Anderson. The mom of two revealed her chiseled stomach muscles en route to the studio while hitting the West Hollywood streets in a lavender sports bra and black leggings.

In the middle of her workout, Lopez also helped make a surprise Instagram video to support Lena Dunham! While Anderson filmed herself paging through Dunham’s new memoir, Not That Kind of Girl, Lopez continued to work out in the background, smiling and lifting weights while managing to keep her perfect ponytail intact. (Get it, girl!)
The day after her session with the trainer, who also works with Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow, Lopez was spotted in the white bra top and pleated pants for a dinner at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills. The singer teamed the midriff-baring ensemble with black pointed heels, a snakeskin clutch, gold-embellished white cuffs, and lavender stiletto-shaped nails.
