Jessica Simpson stepped out in L.A. on Wednesday, April 8, oozing effortless style. Just a week after announcing plans to expand her billion-dollar fashion business, the mogul, 34, squeezed in some quality time with her pregnant BFF CaCee Cobb.
Simpson sported a black and white sweater with knit stitch detailing and flared pants. The mother to daughter Maxwell, 2, and son Ace, 21 months, accessorized with dark sunglasses, a leather oversized handbag, and black platform shoes.
Cobb, 37, who announced her second pregnancy with husband Donald Faison in October 2014, highlighted her growing baby bump in a navy linen dress with tortoise-shell sunglasses.
Simpson recently sold a 50 percent stake of her eponymous business to Sequential Brands Inc. “I am extremely honored to partner with Sequential Brands Group to continue the growth and integrity of the Jessica Simpson Collection,” she said in a statement on April 3. “Working together with the powerful management team at Sequential and with all of our trusted retailers and licensees, including Camuto Group, there is no limit to our success.”
