The most modern take on the Canadian tuxedo yet! Kate Hudson hit the streets of London on Friday, March 4, wearing a bold chambray pantsuit.

The Pretty Happy author, 36, who’s been jetting around the world to promote her new book about loving and taking care of your body, worked a chambray duster jacket (belted from behind, as only a fashionista can) with matching extra-wide-leg pants.

Hudson finished the ensemble with a nude top, Brian Atwood platform pumps, milk chocolate sunglasses and a green fringed bag. But even with bold accessories, there’s no ignoring those light-blue separates!

The look is a little different than the actress’ usual style, which tends to call for a touch more skin-baring (like the peekaboo lace Wes Gordon dress she wore to the Kung Fu Panda 3 premiere in Berlin). But then again, the pant shape is right in line with Hudson’s love for ’70s threads.

The question remains: Are you feeling Hudson’s chambray suit? Vote in the poll below!
